After 4 years together, my husband and I bought a foreclosure fixer-upper in Shaftsbury, VT. We did a complete gut renovation - and - didn't kill each other! Of course, it helps that he's a general contractor with 35+ years experience and I'm a licensed real estate broker with a knack for interior design. That house sold in June 2020 and has a lucky new owner! ;)

In 2017, we bought 20 acres in North Bennington, and later added the adjacent 20 acres. From start to finish, we have designed and built our dream home. And I really mean “we!” From sketching on graph paper to physically framing and finishing every room, it was a team effort.
