When I began Hoffman Real Estate, it was with the intention to grow. I envisioned a team of VT Realtors as passionate as me, cheer leading for our corner of the world. Well, I'm excited to announce that Hoffman Real Estate has officially grown by one Realtor.
Meet Erika Floriani
If you're a Bennington local you probably already know Erika. She's involved in the community as one of the friendly faces at our regional Chamber of Commerce, an actor in community theatre and often on the trails with her blind rescue pup, Abby. You'll see Erika at events around southwest Vermont, enjoying all our community has to offer. It's no surprise she's a recipient of the Mike Williams Hospitality Award. Given by the Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce it recognizes efforts to promote Bennington.
Erika's family traces its Vermont roots back 200 years and she is a Vermonter in every sense. Erika enjoys Vermont's natural beauty and knows great spots for hiking, skiing and relaxing. But she is also an active part of the Arts community so she can steer you toward performances and more. Having a Realtor like Erika on the team, who can unlock Vermont's secrets for you, is a huge thrill for us.

Erika has always worked in positions that are about people and community. She has been a voice on the radio and the reason a 4-star resort was so worthy of those stars.
During covid Erika decided to pursue becoming a Realtor. What better way to deepen her connection to the region and do her favorite thing: help people!
