We moved to Vermont from Pennsylvania. With winter, CoVid, and one of us in a wheelchair much of the process had to be done remotely and Erika stepped up to the plate. Even when it was literally very painful to do so. She delayed a trip to the emergency room with a serious foot injury to show me the house! She handled all the inspections and details and I didn’t need to see her until the morning of the closing. We discovered some significant plumbing issues and she and the listing agent had a a plan in place to correct these by the time I made it to the closing. Things could not have gone smoother.
