New Construction and Renovations
Modular Stick-Built
Off-Site.
Choosing an existing floor plan from a modular home company may save you time and money.
Customization is possible. Built to order inside a factory where weather is irrelevant. The completed boxes are shipped and placed on top of the foundation, with finishing work completed on site.
Our in-house general contractor recommends modular home companies that meet Vermont’s Residential Building Energy Standards (RBES).
Keep in mind that plans and pricing online do not include porches or garages, but those extras can always be added.
